I have zero complaints with the equipment - It’s all great quality. I would be very apprehensive if I ordered from them again. It took a long to ship. Many emails would go unanswered. At one point I received a shipment notification for the entire order but only the bar showed up. I sent many emails asking where the rest was only to receive another partial shipment. At the time of writing this review I’m still waiting on the rest of my order about 6 weeks after I purchased.
Shopping and delivery took longer than expected, something to do with a warehouse issue. Hansu eventually replied to an email asking for an update, it was shipped shortly after and then delivered promptly after that. It was about 4 weeks all said and done, which is comparable or better than other brands anyway. The rack itself is quality. I’ve lifted on and built the older model they had, and the revisions they made were good. Fewer bolt types make for easier assembly, tolerances seem to be tighter, and the whole thing works great. Very happy with my purchase especially at the price it was
This is a very solid rack, the gym has already stress tested it with a few 800lb squats and it is solid! Set up was pretty standard and straight forward. I love how it comes with a metal plate in the front to screw into a platform. The rollers a smooth, bench is very grippy (may be the best bench I’ve used), and overall is a very good product for the price.
Small complaints I have about the rack:
The wood insert wasn’t quite lined up so I had to hit it with a hammer to get the holes aligned, this may have just been because of shipping. Screwing the bench into place is the most annoying part as the bolt is pretty long but it’s not picking at this point.
Shipping was fast I ordered this rack on may 30th and received the rack on June 12th.
I bought the combo rack for a great price. You can not beat the quality for the price. Shipping did take a while. But overall I am happy with my purchase.
