Return Policy of Hansu Power LLC

At Hansu Power LLC, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Below are our return policies applicable to heavy equipment and athlete gear:


General Conditions for Returns

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of misuse, physical damage, or excessive wear, and in its original packaging.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.


Policy for Heavy Equipment

(Examples: racks, plates, bars, dumbbells, etc.)

Eligible Products for Return

Returns are only accepted if the equipment has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping. Returns for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

The cost of returning heavy equipment is the customer’s responsibility unless the product has manufacturing defects or arrived damaged.

Product Inspection

All returned equipment will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.


Policy for Athlete Gear

(Examples: knee sleeves, belts, gloves, sportswear, etc.)

Eligible Products for Return

Athlete gear can be returned if:

  • It has manufacturing defects.
  • It does not match the ordered product (size, model, color).
    Note: Custom gear or used products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within the return period and are subject to product availability.

Hygiene and Safety

For hygiene reasons, gear such as belts or knee sleeves will only be eligible for return if unused and returned in its original packaging.


Return Process

  1. Contact
    Email our customer service team at support@hspowerfitness.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if necessary).

  2. Approval
    Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for shipping the product.

  3. Refund or Exchange
    Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process the corresponding refund or exchange.
    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is approved.


Exceptions

Non-Eligible Products

Custom or used gear, equipment damaged due to improper use, or products without their original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Promotions and Discounts

Products purchased with promotional discounts are only eligible for exchanges, not refunds.
