Though I have nothing bad to say about the combo. You guys really need to work on replying to emails/ providing proper delivery updates. I had ordered my combo the day of the sale, but had no information about its delivery and abruptly got a random call from a delivery service saying it will be there soon. In the end of the day, I did receive the combo it’s very nice and seamless to put together. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD REPLY TO PEOPLES EMAILS
Customer service was strange but the rack arrived and I am happy with the build quality and functionality.
Great rack especially at this price point. Came well packaged and easy to assemble. Very sturdy and good quality materials. Bench is very grippy and heavy. My only compliant is communication about shipping and tracking. Took approximately 3 weeks to ship and then 10 business days to arrive. This would have been no problem for me because I wasn't in a rush but I received only one response to my email. Hansu really needs to improve this aspect of their service! Rack is a 5/5!
