Pick Up & Shipping
Once you place an order online, please include your preferred pickup date and time in the order notes.
Warehouse Hours: pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Warehouse Location: 2100 E 49th St, Vernon, CA 90058
When arriving for pickup, simply bring your pickup slip or order confirmation number to the warehouse.
General FAQ
A: HS Power is committed to 100 percent customer satisfaction with each sale. If your gym or powerlifting equipment arrives at your home defective due to temperature loss during transportation, please contact customer service at your earliest convenience. We will be pleased to assist you.
A: All orders can be canceled for 24 hours following the placed order. To cancel your order, please send an email to info@hansupower.com. Upon receipt of your email, an associate will contact you shortly to arrange a refund or store credit, as you prefer.
A: The length of our main steam power bars’ sleeves supports a total loading weight of 700 kg. To ensure the consistency of the consequences our power bars can accommodate, each steel plate is cast with high fluidity iron melt.
